Insurance information - Payment

If you plan to use insurance as your method of payment, we encourage you to discuss your behavioral health benefits with your insurance provider prior to your appointment. You will likely have a deductible, which could impact your portion of the payment, especially appointments that occur at the beginning of the year. Additionally, you may also have a co-insurance payment. It is your responsibility to confirm your benefits.

We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers: 

    • Aetna
    • Anthem BCBS
    • Cigna
    • Medicaid
    • Medical Mutual
    • Optum/UHC

We can also assist you in accessing out-of-network benefits with your insurance company or exploring options for self-pay. You may inquire about each of these options when scheduling. 

Payments are accepted via debit/credit cards, flexible spending accounts (FSA), and health savings account (HSA) cards. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call 614-656-7983 to cancel or reschedule. We do require 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you are unable to give 24-hour notice, please contact us as soon as possible. A fee of $30 will be charged to individuals who do not provide adequate notice. This fee will not be charged to your insurance and will be your responsibility to pay in full.
